Have you ever wondered how the Islanders in the Love Island villa are woken up each morning?

He revealed that at the end of the night, each of the Islanders have to go to the Beach Hut.
While they wait their turn, they eat; "Someone's making the sandwiches and things like that or whatever we're eating."
Anton revealed they ate a lot of cheese toasties at that time.

Once everyone had been to the Beach Hut, a producer would come out and tell them it's time for bed.
They're then told they have 10 minutes before the lights go off.
Once the lights are off, the Islanders aren't allowed talk to anyone other than the person they're in bed with.

No talking at night
Anton revealed if anyone talked, a producer would come in and tell them to stop.
Tara chimed in to say the producers are kind of like your mother.
Anton admitted, "That's what your casting producer comes like to you! I loved mine."

"Like honestly, I loved her so much like she's the best person," Anton gushed.
Tara asked if they still speak, and he revealed they do, "I message her quite a lot."
"And when we we're filming the Love Island Where Are They Now show, she was there and it was so good to see her."

Tara asked how the Islanders are woken up, referencing something she read online.
"I read somewhere that the lights in the bedroom are just really, really bright and that's why they're all wearing sunglasses. True or false?"
"Very true, very bright in the morning," Anton confirmed.

The Tannoy system
He went on, "We used to always try and cover our faces when the lights came on because it's what wakes you up."
"What wakes you up in the morning is the lights coming on."
Anton then remembered, "Actually sorry, there's a message over the Tannoy, there is."

Tara asked, "What do they say?"
"I used to know this off by heart 'cause it was every morning for 55 days," Anton laughed.
"I was looking forward to my iPhone alarm going off, that's how annoying their voices got."

"Yeah it was, 'Good morning Islanders, I hope you have a very lovely and productive day.'"
"'Please remember to put on your mics...' And something else, I can't remember."
