Holly Willoughby has just done her first Bush Tucker Trial.
Phillip Schofield put together a bush tucker trial for the presenter on This Morning.
Terrified, Holly played a game called 'Box Of Shocks' where she had to put her hands through two big holes in three different wooden boxes.
Each box contained something in it but only the viewers could see what exactly was in the boxes.
"I actually don't know how the celebrities do this... I don't think I'm gonna want them to. I'm gonna be like you don't have to do this. They're not gonna starve, they wont let you die, it's a telly show don't feel the pressure. Don't do it."
This was Holly's last show on This Morning before jetting off to the jungle.
