Hustlers has taken audiences by storm since its release on Friday.

While the plot is wild the story is in fact based on truth.
Director and screenwriter Lorene Scafaria adapted the screenplay from an article that appeared in New York magazine.
The Hustlers at Scores was written by journalist Jessica Pressler and all the movie's characters are based on real women.
