Love Island winter series
ITV have announced the Love Island winter series will premiere on January 12th.
They made the revelation on their official Instagram account this morning.
'January, don’t be such a melt.'
A source told MailOnline in October that, 'The new cast of singletons fly out just days before the launch.'
'Bosses work with test Islanders to uncover the best spots in the villa to create drama.'
It's also been decided that the show will run for six weeks instead of the usual eight.
A brand new host
We're still waiting to hear who will replace Caroline Flack as host of the new series.
It's been reported that ITV have decided on Irish presenter Laura Whitmore.
Laura is currently dating the show's voiceover Iain Stirling - it's believed this really stands in her favour.
She's already familiar with the Love Island crew because of her relationship with Iain.
And MailOnline reports show bosses are, 'keen to keep it in the family.'
ITV are apparently hoping the couple will co-present the Love Island spin-off show Aftersun.
Meanwhile, Caroline Flack's friends and family are worried for her well being.
According to The Sun, the TV presenter is currently staying in a London hotel.
