The actor played Archie Andrews' father Fred Andrews in the CW series.
Roberto tweeted, 'This week’s #Riverdale is the last episode Luke filmed.'
'As always, Fred’s imparting words of wisdom to Archie. A beautiful, true moment between a father and his son.'

Last month Sacasa revealed plans to honour Perry during an interview with Entertainment Tonight.
'We are I think all still in shock and are all still processing and grieving.'
'We know that we have to address it in some way, but we're giving ourselves a little bit of time and space before we figure out the best way to honor him.'
However, he did confirm that all remaining Riverdale episodes will be 'dedicated to Luke.'
'Luke was, is, and will always be a big part of Riverdale. We're kind of a family and when a loss like this happens, you carry it always.'
'It changes and it hopefully becomes a little less painful as time goes by, but you're changed.'
Cole Sprouse
Cole Sprouse appeared on Busy Tonight this week to discuss new movie Five Feet Apart.
During the interview Busy brought up Riverdale.
He only had good things to say about Luke, "In the 26 years I've been doing this, he is a person I have never heard a bad thing said about, which is an incredibly impressive thing the longer you're in this."
"He was so passionate in the way that he spoke that everything he talked about, every topic that he jumped to was just this beautiful impassioned thing that he had to say about it."
"We're all gonna miss him a lot, but do respect the privacy of the family first."
KJ Apa
Luke's onscreen son KJ Apa honoured him in an Instagram post.
He simply wrote, 'rest in love bro.'
Lili Reinhart
Following the news of Perry's death, Lili Reinhart took to Twitter in disbelief.
'I’m finding it hard to grasp that he will no longer be around to give long hugs and share his wisdom and kindness with all of us.'

Luke's final episode airs on Netflix this Thursday.
