Love Island absolutely gripped the nation over the summer and now everyone wants to be a part of it.
Applications for the 2018 show are already open and if you're thinking of throwing your name in the hat, former contestant Montana is here to help.
She did a short video for Glamour magazine in the UK, where she shared her insider knowledge.
