Olivia Colman in talks to join the MCU
According to reports, Olivia Colman is in talks to join the MCU for their new series Secret Invasion.
If this is true, she'll be acting alongside Samuel L. Jackson's Nicky Fury.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the series takes place after the Captain Marvel movie.
It centres around Nick Fury and a shapeshifter from the Skrulls, which is the name of an alien race.
The outlet report Ben Mendelsohn will reprise his role as Skrull member, Talos.
Plot details are being kept a secret, and it's currently unclear who Olivia will play.
THR also report One Night in Miami star Kingsley Ben-Adir has been cast as the series' villain.
Meanwhile, Kyle Bradstreet, who worked on Mr. Robot, will write and executive produce the show.
Secret Invasion is just one of the many Marvel Studios shows we have to look forward to.
The season finale of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier lands this Friday.
Meanwhile, the new series Loki, starring Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson, premieres June 11th.
Not to mention, Marvel Studios just released the first look at Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.
It tells the story of trained assassin Shang-Chi, played by Simu Liu.
He escapes to live a normal life, but is tracked down 10 years later by the Ten Rings group.
