You can’t escape this town. Season 5 premieres Wednesday, January 20 on The CW! #Riverdale
We're hoping this means it'll air on Netflix shortly after its CW premiere, because that's usually how it works.
However, the streamer hasn't made any announcement so we'll have to wait and see.

Season 5
There's so much to look forward to in the upcoming fifth season.
Glee's Erinn Westbrook joins the show as Pop's granddaughter Tabitha.
She'll arrive in Riverdale to take over Pop’s Chock’lit Shoppe with dreams of franchising the diner.
But the question still lies - where's Pop going?
Elsewhere, we'll see Skeet Ulrich depart his role as F.P. Jones.
He's leaving the series to, 'explore other creative opportunities.'
Hermione Lodge actress Marisol Nichols is also leaving the show.
She told E!, 'I had an incredible time bringing Hermione Lodge to life and working with my amazing cast, who became family.'
She added, 'I am looking forward to the next chapter and am excited about the future.'

We also have a seven-year time jump to look forward to.
In a recent interview, Hiram Lodge actor, Mark Consuelos, revealed some characters will be in different relationships.
During an interview with Quarantined with Bruce in September, he said, 'some people are in different relationships...'
He continued, 'I’ve read the first six episodes.'
'It’s super interesting. I’m excited to do it.'
'I’m up to my old shenanigans [as Hiram] but I’m excited to get back to work.'
