Hope for Hopper?
The end of Stranger Things 3 saw fan favourite Hopper meet his apparent end.
However, Russian Reddit users believe they have uncovered a clue to his fate.
In the final scenes of the season fans watched on as Hopper nobly sacrificed himself.
During a fight with Grigori he became trapped in the gate room yet urged Joyce to shutdown the machine.
This cause a giant explosion that killed everyone in the room, or so we thought.
A post-credit scene depicts a Russian prison in Kamchatka.
The guards are ordered to feed a prisoner to a trapped Demogorgon.
But, "not the American."
Now Russian Reddit users have noticed that it was the male version of 'American' used by the Guards during this scene.
Making it even more likely that Eleven's adoptive father lives on!
Looks like we're waiting until next season to find out...
Stranger Things 4
Stranger Things 4 was confirmed by a teaser trailer at the end of September.
The news followed that not only had Netflix renewed the show, but had signed a, 'multi-year film and series deal' with show creators The Duffer Brothers.

Elsewhere in the real world, Hopper actor David Harbour is dating Lily Allen.
The pair made things official when they were spotted in London last month.
Stranger Things 4 is rumoured to late air 2020 or 2021.
