Stormy Daniels refused to enter the Celebrity Big Brother hours before last night's live launch.
The American star, who has recently been involved in a legal dispute with Donald Trump, was heavily rumoured to be taking part in this year's show.
Insiders are now claiming that Daniels refused to appear due to a pay dispute.
It's been reported that she asked for an extra £100,000 on top of her £750,000 pay check.
It's also being claimed that she had flown to London and the decision not to enter the house was very last minute.
Speaking to The Sun a source said, "From the outset it was clear something was wrong and once she sat down with the producers all hell broke loose. They just didn't get on."
"Stormy point blank refused to appear on the show on Friday night when she was scheduled to go in. They tried everything to persuade her to stay and no one could work out why she’d fly all the way from the US to London before deciding to drop out. Let alone turning down that massive fee."
She is now rumoured to have returned to The States.
