Three new shows to sink your teeth into this week:
1) Gogglebox, Celebrity Special- TV3, Wednesday at 10pm
What's even better than Gogglebox Ireland? Throw in a few A-list celebs for the craic- Mel Gibson, Will Ferrell, Mark Wahlberg and John Lithgow joins Ireland's most opinionated TV viewers for a very special episode of Gogglebox. We can't wait to see what the lads make of Irish tele...
2) She's Gotta Have It- Netflix from Thursday
This new Netflix series is a reboot of Spike Lee's 1986 film 'She's Gotta Have It'. The story features around a Brooklyn artist called 'Nola Darling' who is a self-declared ‘sex-positive, polyamorous pansexual’, who is dating three men at the same time. We're in all ready. DeWanda Wise starts as Nola and Spike Lee is again behind this version of the film.
3) The School- RTÉ 2, Thursday at 10.35pm
There's nothing we like more that a good ole mockumentary- we've had an Office shaped hole in our hearts and this could fill it! Set in a primary school in Cork, this new RTÉ comedy series follows the journey of a new school principal trying to whip the students and staff into shape before the annual nativity play. The series is already available on the RTÉ player but hits tele screens on Thursday. A mix between 'The Office' and the 2009 movie 'Nativity!' starring Martin Freeman- we're really excited for this!
