The complaints were lodged after Thursday nights episode
The UK Broadcast Regulator, Ofcom, has received 32 Maura Higgins antics on Love Island on Thursday night. Steamy scenes showed Maura and Curtis in bed and a heated interaction happened between the pair. Curtis told Maura that 'tonight was not the night' as it was heavily implied that Maura wanted to have sex.
Maura wasn't happy with this and was angry the next morning
She ranted to the girls about the situation and said she's not sure how much longer she can wait, the couple had a tense morning but Curtis eventually apologized to Maura saying he had a headache and was tired.

Ofcom have said they are looking into this issue and need to investigate if Love Island broke broadcasting rules.
