Riverdale spin-off Katy Keene
The CW have released the first teaser for Riverdale's spin-off show Katy Keene.
Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale and Riverdale's Ashleigh Murray star in the upcoming series.
***Riverdale season 3 spoilers***
The teaser opens with a gleeful Katy walking through the streets of New York.
Her voice narrates, 'for a city that never sleeps, New York has a lot of dreamers.'
The scene then cuts to a theatre full of dancers onstage who appear as if they're practising for a show.
Next, Ashleigh Murray's character Josie is seen soulfully playing the piano.
Ashleigh's character Josie derived from Riverdale however, she left the town to go on tour with her father.
The clip concludes with the cast walking side by side towards the camera.
Katy Keene is expected out in January 2020.
