Dolittle
The trailer for Dolittle starring Robert Downey Jr. in the title role has been released.
It marks his first big part since he stepped away from the MCU earlier this year.
Antonio Banderas and Michael Sheen also star in the upcoming movie.
The trailer's YouTube description says the movie follows the story of the doctor seven years after the death of his wife.
He hermits himself away behind the high walls of Dolittle Manor with only his menagerie of exotic animals for company.
However, when the young queen falls ill, 'he sets sail on an epic adventure to a mythical island in search of a cure...'
The trailer opens with a beautiful scenic view of green fields as an eccentric blue bird flies high.
We see a young girl walk inside the famous manor to find it full of animals.
The image goes black and we hear her ask, "Are you Dr. Dolittle?"
Robert Downey Jr. is then shown in character, "We have no choice but to embark on this perilous journey."
A bird, presumably the same one from the beginning of the trailer shouts, "Everyone pack your bags!"
