The 18-year-old is the youngest artist ever to record a song for the film franchise.
It was announced last month that she would take on the project alongside her brother Finneas.
Speaking on the news Billie said, "It feels crazy to be a part of this in every way."
She went on, "To be able to score the theme song to a film that is part of such a legendary series is a huge honour."
"James Bond is the coolest film franchise ever to exist. I’m still in shock."
While Finneas added, "Writing the theme song for a Bond film is something we’ve been dreaming about doing our entire lives."
He went on, "There is no more iconic pairing of music and cinema than the likes of Goldfinger and Live And Let Die."
"We feel so so lucky to play a small role in such a legendary franchise, long live 007.”
Billie and Finneas join a long list of famous artists who've worked with the franchise including Shirley Bassey, Sam Smith, Adele and more.
The BRIT Awards
Billie's set to perform the song at the BRITs next week alongside Han Zimmer and a live orchestra.
A music insider spilled the beans to MailOnline, 'it's set to be the defining moment of her career.'
'Those involved with the performance are predicting this will be Billie's, "Adele moment."'
The source goes on, 'Artists at the BRITs this year have been given more creative licence with their performances and Billie wanted nothing more than to showcase No Time to Die on a big stage in the country where James Bond is famed for.'
The BRITs take place Tuesday, February 18th at the O2 Arena in London.
No Time To Die is out on 3rd April 2020.
