Ava Max's Kings & Queens is the fifth single from her debut album, Heaven and Hell. 

On Saturday's Plan B, Ava told Sarina she hopes that when people listen to the song they are inspired to live unapologetically and realise their self worth.

Life was busy for Ava before COVID-19. However, the pandemic has forced her, like the rest of us, to press pause on her hectic schedule.

Ava told Sarina that initially she found it really tough to go from such a full on schedule to nothing.
