Taylor Swift announces new album, 'Midnights'
Taylor Swift is releasing a brand new album called Midnights this October.
She broke the news on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards last night.

Taylor took home numerous awards at last night's ceremony, including Best Video and Best Longform Video for the 10 minute version of All Too Well.
While on stage, the singer took the opportunity to announce her brand new album is coming very soon.
She began her speech, "I'm so honoured to have been recognised alongside such amazing artists and directors."
"For the first time in VMA history, four of the directors in the Video of the Year category are women," Taylor highlighted.
"You guys, I'm just so proud of what we made... and we wouldn't have been able to make this short film if it wasn't for the fans."
"I wouldn't be able to re-record my albums if it wasn't for you... you emboldened me to do that."

"Because you've been so generous, I thought it might be a fun moment to tell you that my brand-new album comes out on 21st October."
At midnight, Taylor revealed the album is titled Midnights, and it tells the story of, '13 sleepless nights scattered throughout [her] life.'
