A house fire in London has reportedly claimed the lives of three Irish people.
The fire broke out at a house in Hornchurch on Monday.
The scene was attended by 21 firefighters with 4 fire engines, and according to the London Fire Brigade, two men and a woman were pulled from the house and treated at the scene.
The woman was pronounced dead, while the two injured men have since passed away after being brought to hospital.
The Department of Foreign Affairs has confirmed it's aware of the case and is providing consular assistance.
