A further 37 people with Covid-19 are known to have died in the Republic.
577 new cases have also been confirmed.
Meanwhile, 185 “probable” deaths have been reported, taking the national death toll to 1,014.
The number of confirmed cases stands at 18,184.

The number of people with Covid-19 who've died in the United States has topped 50,000.
Worldwide, there are now over 192,000 fatalities linked to the deadly virus.
Covid-19 cases globally have passed 2.7 million, while deaths stand at over 192,000.
Spain has been the second worst affected, with 219,000 cases and 22,500 deaths.
While Italy has recorded 25,000 deaths and 189,000 cases.

The Health Protection Surveillance Centre has today been informed that 37 people with laboratory confirmed #COVID19 #Coronavirus in Ireland have died.

There have been a further 684 deaths in UK hospitals, taking the total to 19,500.
The British government's Covid-19 testing website had to shut early - after running out of testing kits for key workers in the first two minutes.
Northern Ireland has not given how many more people have died in the last 24 hours.
But its Statistical Agency says a third of all deaths happened in care homes.
Of 276 fatalities, 93 occurred in long term residential settings.
