Attempted abduction
A woman in her 60s has managed to escape an attempted abduction after a man tried to force her into the boot of a car in Dublin 7.
The attempted abduction happened in the Martin's Grove/Blackhorse Avenue area at 7:30am this morning.
The suspect drove towards Dublin city centre, in a car described as a silver family saloon.
It is believed the suspect was wearing a white t-shirt and dark trousers.
Gardaí are appealing to road users that were driving in the Blackhorse Avenue area, who may have camera footage.
