The average price of a second hand home in Dublin has risen 8.8% in the last year, according to a new report.
Research from property advisors DNG found the average resale price in the capital stands at over €492,000 compared to €452,644 at the end of September 2020.
However, residential property prices remain 31% below its peak in 2006.
The report also found apartment prices have risen 2.1% in the past 3 months, with prices rising even further outside of the city centre.
