Great news on this rainy Friday, Dublin institution The Bernard Shaw is here to stay!
We reported at the start of September that the famed pub was set to 'close for good' in October.
However, promoters have found a solution!
The Bernard Shaw is relocating to Phibsborough and doors will open next month.
A Bodytonic venue that was set to be called Racket will now take on the TBS title.
The people behind the bar have plans to renovate what was once The Whitworth to create a space similar to the beloved Richmond Street pub.
Doors will open just in time for the festive season, on Friday 15th November.
