44,000 Irish people who have had their second vaccine won't be allowed to travel within the EU from next week under new regulations
The EU law permits those who have received the booster or have a recovery cert for Covid to travel freely within the European Union.
This is despite Covid Certs only being valid for 9 months without a booster jab.
The Department of Health are distributing recovery certs to people who have had covid which permits travel within Europe.
CEO of ClickandGo.com Paul Hackett advises those who have had covid to get their recovery cert as this will be require if they do not have their booster jab.
