There has been a further 1,154 Covid-19 cases reported today.
As of this morning, 297 patients were in hospital with the virus - down from 321 this day last week.
63 are in ICU - up five over the same period.
Meanwhile the five-day moving average of Covid cases is 1,327.
Reopening
Today marks the start of the phased return to offices.
Thousands of workers will start to go back into the workplace ahead of a an expected full return on October 22nd.
For many this will be their first time in the office since March 2020.
A range of indoor group activities are also now allowed to take place, while restrictions around outdoor activities are being eased significantly.
