The Department of Health has confirmed 269 new cases of Covid-19.
They have been notified of 6 additional death related to the virus.
Of the cases notified today, 123 cases are among men while 146 are women.
Most people - 64% - are aged under 45 years of age.
The median age is 45.
Most cases, 88, are in Dublin.
Elsewhere, there are 42 new cases in Cork, 25 in Limerick, 20 in Louth and 16 in Donegal.

The remaining 78 cases are spread across 17 counties.
Meanwhile, there have been 23 additional hospitalisations in the past twenty-four hours.
In total, 260 Covid patients are being treated in hospital, 36 of whom are in intensive care.
The 14 Day incidence rate is estimated to be 105.5 per 100,00 population.
