The Department of Health has confirmed 313 new cases of Covid-19.
They have been notified of 3 additional death related to the virus.
Of the cases notified today, 144 are men while 169 are women.
Most people -67% - are aged under 45 years of age.
The median age is 35 years old.
It is now 14 days to Christmas day; the number of days that make up one incubation period for #COVID19.

Most cases of Covid-19 are in Dublin, where there are 70 cases.
Elsewhere, there are 31 cases in Mayo, 21 in Kilkenny, 19 in Donegal and 18 in Laois.
The remaining 154 cases are spread across 19 other counties.
Meanwhile, there have been 12 additional hospitalisations in the past twenty-four hours.
In total, there are 197 Covid-19 patients in hospitals - 35 of whom are in intensive care.
The 14 Day Incident Rate is estimated to be 81.2 per 100,000 population.
