4,642 cases of Covid-19 have been reported by the Department of Health today.
Currently, 556 patients are being treated in hospital - up 7 on yesterday.
Of these, 107 are in ICU - a rise of 11 on yesterday's figures.
The Head of the HSE Paul Reid has called on the public to turn this around, and says nobody wants to be the next person admitted to hospital.
556 #covid19 patients in hospital,250 receiving enhanced respiratory supports & 95 in ICU. The virus is now prolific in most communities & nobody wants to be the next hospitalised case. An immediate reduction by all of us of risk activities is needed to turn this around.@HSELive
