The Department of Health has been notified of 51 deaths related to Covid-19.
49 of today's reported deaths occurred this month.

The median age of those who died is 80, with the age range between 58-103.
Meanwhile, the Department has also been notified of 2,608 new cases of the virus.
1,203 of today's cases were identified in men while 1,346 are in women.
Most people -55% - are under 45 years of age.

The median age is 42 years old.
Most of today's cases were identified in Dublin, where there is 1,019 new cases.
Elsewhere, there are 204 new cases in Cork, 135 in Donegal, 132 in Galway and 131 in Kildare.
The remaining 987 cases are spread across all other counties
Meanwhile, there have been 105 additional hospitalisations in the past twenty-four hours.
In total, there are 1,943 Covid-19 patients in hospitals - 214 of whom are in intensive care.
The 14 Day Incident Rate is estimated to be 1140.7 per 100,000 population.
Average Case Numbers Ten Times Higher Than Early December - CMO
Meanwhile, the Chief Medical Officer Dr Tony Holohan says some progress has been made.
"We are making clear progress in reducing incidence but we still have a very large burden of infection."
Dr Holohan said that on the day level five restrictions were lifted we had on average 261 daily cases.
Today we are almost ten times that number.
"We need to continue to work together to drive this infection down and bring the disease back under control."
NPHET's Professor Philip Nolan appealed to people to drive R number below 1.0.
