Dogs Trust is urging people to look after their dogs this Halloween. This time of year is a very unsettling time for many animals.
We're being reminded to never force our pets to wear a costume that will make them uncomfortable.
The charity is also warning pet owners to keep treats and sweets away from dogs - especially chocolate and raisins which can be extremely harmful.
It's also advised to walk your dog before it gets dark, and to keep them indoors to avoid fireworks.
