Dublin Airport is to again try to charge for collecting or dropping off passengers.
A new planning application has been lodged by the DAA, which operates the airfield, to create paid zones outside the terminals.
This is despite the airport being refused permission earlier this year.
Ryanair had objected saying it would have a negative impact on customer experience and create an extra cost for passengers.
Fingal county council said the original proposal would pose a risk to human safety.
The DAA says there’ll be special provision for people with reduced mobility, a free drop off and pick up area in the red long term car park.
There will also be a new reduced fee 30 minute parking period in the short term car parks
