It's the first set of research by IBAL post lockdown.
The latest Irish Business Against Litter survey has had overall positive results.
However, some of the results from Ireland's cities has not faired so good.
Dublin's north inter-city came in at rock bottom of the list.
According to the IBAL research, the area is known as a 'litter blackspot'.
Dublin's city centre is amongst a number of areas described as 'littered'.

Despite being bottom of the list in 2010, Portlaoise is up at the top in 2021.
Leixlip and Ennis are second and third, with the Clare town having been top in the past.
Dun Laoghaire led the way for Dublin's areas in terms of most clean.
It came in at fifth place in the list, with Tallaght also featuring in the Top 20.
Drogheda and Limerick City South were the second and third worst littered.
