Google staff in Dublin are walking out today in protest at the company's treatment of women.
A number of other demonstrations are also taking place at some of the tech giant's offices around the world.
In a statement, a group of Google staff say key changes are needed at the company over how it handles allegations of sexual harassment.
They say the problems go all the way to the top and that more transparency as well as clearer policies in this area are needed.
It follows reports a top Google executive got a $90 million payout - despite a credible allegation of sexual misconduct made against him.
Google's chief executive says employees taking part will have the support of the company and that they're listening to concerns about how its policies could be improved.
