EU leaders will meet this evening to decide the future of Brexit as the British Prime Minister travels to Brussels.
Theresa May is looking for an extension until June 30th and she will outline to leaders from across the continent as to why she wants to delay Brexit.
However, the man in charge wants a year long extension.
European Council President Donald Tusk thinks a date further down the line would be a better choice, with an early exit clause if the British parliament passes the withdrawal deal.
There's some reluctance in Europe to grant that - with the French in particular thinking it would be too long.
All 27 EU leaders have to agree for an extension to happen.
