Facebook users in Ireland can sign-up to its new dating service from today.
The new feature - "Facebook Dating" has been available in 20 countries up to now.
The social network saying there's been more than 1.5 billion matches so far.
Users will be able to share moments of their day before and after they match with someone.
Other features include a secret crush function, that allows people to explore potential relationships with people you already know.

There are also virtual dates available as well as Facebook groups and events for people interesting in taking part in Facebook dating.
The Dating Feature Is An Opt-In Function
Technology journalist Jess Kelly said the new function is "very much an opt-in feature."
"If you're happily married or in a relationship or fully taken you don't have to worry about that - you can opt in if you so wish," she said.
