Facebook Cafés
Facebook is opening a number of pop up cafés in Ireland next week.
The multimedia giant is asking people to visit for a complimentary tea or coffee and a privacy check up.
The privacy check up allow users to tailor their personal profile settings.
This involves controlling who can see your info and which apps and websites are connecting to Facebook through your profile.
New research conducted by One Poll on behalf of the social platform has shown some worrying results:
64% of Irish people worry about their social media privacy.
67% worry about who is looking at their posts on social media.
66% worry about their real world privacy such as CCTV footage.
