Gardai are looking for help in tracing the movements of two cars after last nights fatal hit and run in Tallaght.
Stephen Lynch was knocked down after reports of an earlier altercation on the road at Brookview Close.
Briefing journalists this morning, Gardai say the 32-year-old father of three was not involved in any criminality after earlier reports the attack could have been gang related.
They're looking for two cars in relation to the incident. The first is a silver Ford Focus with reg number 10 WW 1812 or a red/wine coloured VW Polo with a 01 D 9539.
