It's thought the move will help speed up the the vaccine roll out
The Government's expected to approve an extended gap between Covid-19 vaccines in the coming days.
The Irish Independent reports the health advice on the widening of the interval for Moderna and Pfizer jabs will be available to Cabinet on Tuesday.
It's believed a gap of six or eight weeks between doses will be chosen, instead of the current four weeks.
It's to help speed up the supply of first doses to as many people as possible.
