Time to empty your Gringott's account, as one of the hottest properties from the Wizarding world is still on the market - Harry Potter's childhood home in Godric's Hollow.
This historic home is where Lily and James Potter were murdered by the Dark Lord, where Snape found Lily his true love too late, and where Harry was made into Voldemort's last horcrux when he was just a nipper.
The 14th century cottage is in the medieval village of Lavenham, England, located one hour north of London. The De Vere house was reportedly owned by the De Vere family from the 14th to 17th century. During this medieval period, the family were the second-richest to the royal family.
The property boasts six bedrooms, two kitchens, a reception hall, drawing room, dining room and sitting room.
It's currently on the market for £950,000, so roughly €1.2 million. Pocket change, really.
De Vere House is also the most second photographed house in the whole of the United Kingdom, the first being number 10 Downing Street.
