Kanye West's campaign rally
Kanye West held his first presidential campaign rally in South Carolina over the weekend.
He delivered a speech, addressing topics such as abortion, racism in America and more.
Here are some of the points he made.
Kanye took to the stage wearing a bulletproof vest, and the year 2020 shaved into his head.
The rapper didn't have a microphone, so he shouted over a crowd of a couple hundred people.
As quoted by The Irish Times, Kanye insisted future events, "will be in rooms where the acoustics will be incredible because I will be involved with the design."
Harriet Tubman
Kanye spoke about racism in the U.S. and shared his opinion of abolitionist Harriet Tubman.
He told the crowd that she, "never actually freed the slaves, she just had the slaves go work for other white people."
Tubman is one of 19th century America's most highly respected figures.
She helped free enslaved black men and women, and she fought for the Union during the Civil War.
There were a lot of people in the crowd who weren't impressed by Kanye's comments.
