Major works to take place at the new Clerys Quarter.
A new hotel, food market and office and retail space will make up the new Clerys Quarter in Dublin.
Work on transforming the site of the former department store is expected to begin in the next few months.
The building's new owners are promising it will become a "world class retail, office and leisure destination".
The iconic Clerys’ clock will be carefully restored, as will the internal staircases, columns and ceilings.
To the rear of the Clerys Building on Earl Place Market, a former warehouse is to be transformed into a new 176-bedroom four-star hotel.
Clerys’ original restaurant and bar, The Tea Rooms will also be fully refurbished.
