Climate change demonstration
Hundreds of protesters who are taking part in a climate change demonstration on O’Connell Bridge in Dublin say they will disrupt traffic for as long as they’re allowed to.

The protest follows a week of demonstrations in London where hundreds of people have been arrested.
It’s being organised by Extinction Rebellion, who say it’s to send a message to Governments worldwide that action on climate change is critically needed.
Organisers say they will protest until the Government agrees to their demands or until they are removed from the Gardaí.
