Air Coach - All services suspended.

Irish Rail - All Heuston routes & Cork Commuter suspended. Last DART & other trains to/from Connolly by 2pm.

Air Coach - A number of services across the country have been cancelled.

Irish Rail - Major disruptions to the line. Services in and out of Heuston have stopped until further notice. Services to and from Connolly will terminate at 2pm. 

My Taxi - Service is affected nationwide. Advising to only travel if absolutely necessary.

The biggest storm to hit Ireland in 50 years is making landfall. 

A status red wind weather warning is in place throughout the country, as hurricane Ophelia brings winds that are expected to reach 130km/h. 

There will be disruptions to transport across Dublin and the rest of the country. 

Met Eireann is advising the public to stay indoors from 1pm and to not travel unnecessarily.

We'll keep you updated as the day goes on. Here's the latest from transport services at the moment. 

Dublin Bus - Have just announced via Twitter that all services will be suspended from 10am. 

My Taxi - Advising people to plan ahead, as service is likely to be affected.

Luas - Services has been suspended until 5:30am tomorrow morning. 


Irish Rail - Offering refunds to those who bought tickets but do not wish to travel.
