Former Irish International Ian Madiagan is on the move.
It's been confirmed he will move to Bristol in a new three year deal worth over 1.5 million euro.
It comes after reports last week that the former Leinster player wanted to leave Bordeaux and come back to Ireland, however it's alleged that he couldn't reach a deal with the IRFU.
He will now join the English club alongside Pat Lam who will also move to the club at the end of the season.
Bristol are currently seven points from bottom of the Aviva Premiership, with five games remaining in the regular season.
Madigan will defiantly be an asset at the club as he proved to be a valued member of the Ireland squad during the 2015 World Cup.
Ian's new contract will run until 2020 but this deal now casts a huge shadow of doubt over a possible return to the Ireland team.
