The family of Ibrahim Halawa says he has been admitted to hospital in Egypt.
It's reported he was moved to the hospital on Tuesday suffering from a heart problem, which is understood to be deteriorating.
The 21-year-old has been in prison in Egypt for the last 4 years without trial, after he was arrested at a political protest in Cairo while on a family holiday.
His trial has been delayed 19 times in that time-frame.
It's believed he is still on hunger strike and is refusing water.
The Department of Foreign Affairs says it is aware of the reports.
