Ikea store evacuation
The Ikea store in Dublin has re-opened following an evacuation earlier today.
Customers were asked to leave the home store in Ballymun just after 10am.
An IKEA spokesperson said:
“The safety of our customers and co-workers is always the highest priority for IKEA. We can confirm that a planned evacuation took place at the IKEA Dublin store this morning."
"Co-workers and customers returned to the store a short time later and the store is open for business. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers.”
