Brace yourselves, we're in for a scorcher.
Ireland's set to have some of the warmest weather of the year this weekend.
Met Eireann's forecasting temperatures of 20 degrees in places, with long spells of sunshine.
Sunday will see the best of the warm weather, according to the weekly forecast.
However, the summer heat's not expected to last, with more unsettled conditions expected early next week.
Generally unsettled through the next few days but improving towards the weekend with increasing temps
Rain today will clear to showers later (possibly thundery)

"Mild as well so we'll be getting temperatures generally of about 15 to 19 degrees."
"Sunday is potentially looking like the best day of the weekend. So good spells of sunshine."
"We could see temperatures hit upwards of 20 degrees, particularly in Munster."
