The Department of Foreign Affairs has confirmed one person was injured in the terror attacks in London yesterday.
Minister Charlie Flanagan has said he's ready to provide consular assistance through the Irish Embassy in London.
The Irish victim was first mentioned by British Prime Minister Theresa May as she gave a roll-call of the dead and injured to the House of Commons.
Meanwhile, according to Sky News Theresa May has told Parliament that the attacker was a British citizen who was known to security services.
In a statement in the House of Commons, the Prime Minister said the attacker was a "peripheral" figure who had been under investigation by MI5 previously.
