Jamie Carragher won at Twitter last night.
The former Liverpool defender took to social media and appeared to confirm he was coming out of retirement. Over the past few weeks there has been much tabloid gossip connecting a number of high profiled players, like Diego Costa to a move to China for huge money.
For a moment last night it looked like the Sky Sports pundit was ready to hang up his microphone and put back on this boots with one simple tweet.
Official announcement, delighted to announce I am coming out of retirement, looking forward to getting back on the pitch. 🇨🇳 💷

However, it wasn’t to be, as the Reds legend's account was hacked while he was at the gym. Carragher was quick to clear up any rumours of a move, but could see the funny side of the tweet.
I didn't tweet this so it looks like I've been hacked! Tweet could've been a lot worse!! But if any Chinese club wants to give me 💷 💷💷👠https://t.co/uJozsD2Daj
