Johnny Sexton will start the second test for the Lions against New Zealand this weekend.
The Ireland out-half has been named in his familiar position, with Owen Farrell being moved to inside centre, the position he predominantly plays for England.
As a result, Ben Te'o has been dropped to the bench.
Also coming into the team is tour captain Sam Warburton in the back-row, as he takes the place of Peter O'Mahony.
Meanwhile Maro Itoje will start in the second row ahead of his England team-mate George Kruis.
O'Mahony and Kruis drop out of the matchday 23 completely, with CJ Stander and Courtney Lawes coming onto the bench.
The team in full is as follows:
23 players. One huge match.
