Kellie Harrington through to Olympic final
Kellie Harrington will fight for an Olympic gold medal, after winning her semi-final bout this morning.
The Dublin lightweight defeated her Thai opponent Sudaporn Seesondee in a split decision in the semi final.
It means the 2019 World Champion is now guaranteed at least a silver medal.

She will face third seed Ferreira Beatriz in the final, which is due to take place on Sunday.
Kellie said afterwards, regardless of the colour of the medal, it’s great to make people smile.
Ireland has now secured one gold, at least a silver and two bronze at the Olympic Games.
